Art for Life Experience

 
 

The Art for Life Experience is a week of free activities combining Art, Mindfulness, and Meditation. 

Simple art activities combined with a 5 minute mindfulness meditation can help you to:

  • manage stress

  • reduce anxiety

  • improve mental focus

Throughout the Art for Life Experience you will receive daily emails which include: step-by-step instructions, a mediation video link, a demonstration video link, and a journal prompt. To get the full Art for Life Experience, select a quiet space to create and set aside approximately 35-45 minutes for each art activity.

All of the art activities will use basic art supplies, provided by the participants. No previous art experience is needed. 

You will also be invited to join the Art for Life Creative Community on Facebook. This private group is a place for all of the participants to come together and share your art and experience.
