Having lived in Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States, coupled with extensive international travel, I bring a rich and diverse cultural perspective to my practice. My multifaceted background in recovery, art therapy, and education enables me to offer a distinctive and impactful approach to therapy. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey and helping them achieve their fullest potential.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching is a supportive approach that helps individuals navigate their path to recovery by setting personalized goals, developing strategies, and providing accountability and encouragement.

Artist PALS (People of All Learning Styles)

Artist PALS (People of All Learning Styles) is a small group Art Therapy Experience for adults of all learning types and abilities. This 4-5 week project based group is focused on social interaction, artistic exploration, and self-expression. Artist PALS will be offered online in the new year!
